What you can expect
1. Complete the quote form.
2. Where possible, please provide photos of any steps or access requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the instrument will fit along the access route by taking measurements in advance of any work.
3. Abrey Piano Relocation will provide you with a comprehensive quotation for the relocation of your instrument.
4. We will discuss any specific handling requirements that you have to ensure the right equipment is on hand for your move.
5. A relocation date can be provisionally booked, and will need to be confirmed as soon as you know the date.
6. On the confirmed date and time, your Abrey Piano Relocation van will arrive, and the team leader will introduce themselves and the team and talk you through the move.
7. Your instrument will be inspected, and photos taken of the condition prior to any work commencing where required.
8. The instrument will be dismantled where required, and specialist protective equipment secured.
9. The route for the move will be inspected, and floor protection will be applied where required.
10. Your piano will be loaded and secured on the Abrey Piano Relocation vehicle.
11. Items 7-9 above will be repeated in reverse at the delivery address.
12. You will be provided with the opportunity to give feedback to ensure ongoing high quality customer service.
