What You Can Expect

1. Complete our quotation form with your move details.

2. Share photos of access points (steps, tight corners, narrow hallways) where possible.
   Please ensure the piano will fit through the access route by taking measurements in advance.

3. Receive a comprehensive quotation from Abrey Piano Relocation detailing your move.

4. Discuss any specific handling requirements so we can prepare the correct equipment for your relocation.

5. Provisionally book your relocation date, then confirm it as soon as your schedule is fixed.

6. On the day of your move, our team will arrive at the agreed time. The team leader will introduce themselves and outline the process.

7. Your instrument will be inspected, and photos taken of its condition prior to any work beginning (where required).

8. Dismantling and specialist protection will be applied to your piano if needed.

9. The access route will be checked, with floor protection laid where appropriate.

10. Your piano will be safely loaded and secured in our Abrey Piano Relocation vehicle.

11. At the delivery address, steps 7–9 are repeated in reverse to ensure safe placement.

12. You’ll have an opportunity to give feedback, helping us maintain the highest standards of service.

If you have any digital photos or videos of the access, please send these through to move@abreyremovals.com, or via WhatsApp. This will ensure that we are able to provide you with an accurate quotation, as well as ensuring that the correct equipment and manpower required for your relocation are available on the day.
